User Agreement

1. Acceptance

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Oxygen Hunters website, the Oxygen Hunters game in Telegram, OxyFi, Oxygen Account and any related features (together, the "Services") provided by the Oxygen Hunters project ("Oxygen Hunters", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this Agreement. You may not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions or if your use would be unlawful under applicable law.

3. Accounts and wallets

Access to the game is provided through your Telegram account. If you connect a self-custodial wallet, you alone control it and are solely responsible for keeping your private keys and seed phrase safe. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse blockchain transactions.

4. In-game items and rewards

Ships, artifacts, boosters, in-game resources and balances are features of the game. Unless and until they are expressly converted into on-chain assets, they have no monetary value, are not property and cannot be redeemed for money. We may adjust game mechanics, balances, rewards, seasons and airdrop criteria to keep the game fair and sustainable.

5. OXY token

OXY is a utility token intended for use within the Oxygen Hunters ecosystem. It does not represent equity, ownership, a share of profits, a debt claim or any right to dividends. Any airdrop, staking or reward programme is discretionary, subject to eligibility rules and anti-abuse checks, and may be changed, paused or cancelled.

Any figures about supply, allocation, vesting or listings in the litepaper or roadmap are plans and may change.

6. Acceptable use

  • no bots, scripts, multi-accounting, exploits or automation that gives an unfair advantage;
  • no attempts to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Services or smart contracts;
  • no fraud, money laundering, market manipulation or other unlawful activity;
  • no impersonation of the project, its team or its official channels.

We may suspend or terminate access, and withhold rewards, for any breach of this Agreement.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties such as Telegram, blockchain networks, wallet providers and exchanges. We are not responsible for their availability, security or conduct, and their own terms apply.

8. Intellectual property

The Oxygen Hunters name, logo, artwork, game design and content are owned by or licensed to the project. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Risks and disclaimers

Nothing on this website, in the litepaper, the roadmap or the game constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset.

Digital assets, including the OXY token, are highly volatile and speculative. Their value may fall to zero. Smart contracts, blockchains, wallets and third-party exchanges may fail, be exploited or become unavailable. Regulatory changes may restrict or prohibit their use.

Only participate with funds you can afford to lose, and do your own research before acquiring any digital asset.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Restricted jurisdictions

Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any digital asset in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful. OXY is not offered to persons or entities resident in, located in or incorporated in jurisdictions where its acquisition or use is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, or to persons subject to sanctions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws that apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oxygen Hunters and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

12. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, and may update this Agreement at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
