This Privacy Policy explains how the Oxygen Hunters project ("Oxygen Hunters", "we", "us") handles information when you visit this website, play the Oxygen Hunters game inside Telegram, or use related features such as OxyFi and Oxygen Account (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

  • Telegram account data made available to Mini Apps by Telegram, such as your Telegram user ID, username, display name, language setting and profile picture.
  • Gameplay data such as progress, ships, artifacts, in-game balances, missions, referrals and achievements.
  • Wallet data if you connect a wallet: your public wallet address and on-chain transactions related to the Services. We never ask for, and never store, your private keys or seed phrase.
  • Technical data such as device and browser type, approximate region derived from IP address, and logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
  • Communications you send to us through official channels.

3. How we use information

  • to operate, maintain and improve the game and the Services;
  • to calculate rewards, airdrop eligibility and leaderboards;
  • to prevent fraud, cheating, bot activity and abuse;
  • to communicate updates about the project;
  • to comply with obligations under applicable law.

4. Blockchain data

Transactions on public blockchains, including Avalanche C-Chain, are public and permanent by design. We cannot modify or delete on-chain data.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the Services (for example hosting, analytics and infrastructure providers), with Telegram as the platform operator, where required by applicable law, or in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the project, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

Nothing on this website, in the litepaper, the roadmap or the game constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset.

Digital assets, including the OXY token, are highly volatile and speculative. Their value may fall to zero. Smart contracts, blockchains, wallets and third-party exchanges may fail, be exploited or become unavailable. Regulatory changes may restrict or prohibit their use.

Only participate with funds you can afford to lose, and do your own research before acquiring any digital asset.
